The Fresno Dolphins Masters Swim Team and Central Unified School
District offer adult fitness swimming to people who are interested
in staying fit through aquatic activity. Some people refer to this
as "Masters" swimming, but there is no need to be an accomplished
swimmer to take advantage of the great cardiovascular and muscular
exercise involved in swimming.
The program is for any person 18 years-old or better who can swim
50 yards safely. There is always a coach present to help you with
your stroke technique.
Workouts are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week
from 5:15 to 6:30 a.m. The program fee is $35.00 per month if
you live in the Central Unified School District, or $40.00 per
month if you live outside CUSD. You must also join United States
Masters Swimming. The fee is $35.00 per calendar year.
Showers and changing rooms are available at the Central Unified
Aquatics Complex. Come join the fun and get in tip-top
shape!
